| Bells & Whistles | Yes, while browsing the web you
will see fantastic sites that spin, twirl & whistle. And by all means you can
pay someone to design it for you. But here at BasicWebSites.com.au we keep it simple
and to the point, that's why the price is so low. We can
always spruce up your website if you decide you need something better down
the track. If you DO require something special we can accommodate but the usual site starts at 1 month turnaround and about $1000. It's not uncommon for web designers to charge $5000 and 6 months on a 5 page website. Pretty fancy result though! |
| For the Wiz's | If you're a computer whiz we can explain how to access your own site and grow your website. Otherwise (for a small charge) we can make changes as often as you like. |
| Connected Already? | As with most businesses people
usually have an existing connection to the internet with an email address setup. If you don't have any connection yet then this has to be arranged so people that visit your site have a way of emailing you. We can guide you to a provider depending on you location. This usually involves a setup fee to connect a modem to your computer (approx.$100) then an ongoing monthly fee for the connection (around $40 depending on speed and the provider). |
| Logos | If you would like us you knock up
a quick logo then we can help out. This will generally be an attractive
representation of your company name, no super fancy graphics or drawings. We
will email you a couple of alternatives. If however you do want a special logo service then we can accommodate for an extra fee (approx.$200) or forward your request to a design firm for a thorough Corporate Image Package ($700-$3000) |
| Need Site Urgently? | Depending on workload your website can be achieved between 3-10 working days. If urgency is required we can offer a 24 hour service for an extra fee ($100). |
| Ongoing Costs | The costs we quote on this site get everything started. There are 2 parts: Your Domain Name will be registered for 2 years, it will then cost $80 for another 2 years. The actual Hosting Space for your WebSite (on a computer in limbo somewhere) lasts for 1 year only and will cost $100 per year. These are the current costs as at July '05. |
| Payment | All prices quoted include GST. Upon order and reception of all data, photos & logo we will design your website for your approval. Once approved we require payment in full by cheque or direct deposit. When payment is received we activate your new domain name and email addresses. |
